The Colliefields Hotels

The first hotel built in Collie now being resurrected as The Colliefields to provide hotel and backpacker accommodation, a Brasserie and Gourmet Provedore. The Colliefields Coffee Shoppe/Tea House is now open for your enjoyment from 8am daily to 2ish. With our fabulous All-DAY Menu, generously portioned meals and snacks and scrumptious cakes made right here, gourmet coffee and 30 different types of leaf tea served in a glass teapot on a burner, we have something for everyone in a fabulous relaxed atmosphere. Where else can you get amazing Ribs or Marinated Steak for Brekkie? Or our famous Bennie Ciabatta or Collie Big Brekkie for lunch or dinner? We have Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan Options available and all our cakes and slices are made on the premises and full of flavour. We have 14 rooms available in our Accommodation, from our basic Backpacker Rooms through to our lovely Ensuite Rooms with our lovely rainfall showers.
