Large comfortable living room overlooking the wisteria covered deck and beautiful expansive gardens that gives a blend of relaxing cottage feel and Australian landscape. Wifi and Television and Netflix in own TV/sitting room with mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster, couch, table, tea & coffee facilities. Our family comprises of hubby, myself & 23 yr old son, 20 month old puppy, a 2 yr old indoor cat ; 17 chooks/roosters, 1 reindeer, 3 alpacas in the paddock. Light continental breakfast - Milk, Juice, Cereal, Yogurt, homemade jam(if in season), tea/coffee, etc. You can wander into the veggie garden, orchard, and pick your own tomatoes and veggies (if in season). Guest access This private room has its own private access and toilet/bathroom facilities. Carpark is right infront of your bedroom door. Come and go as you wish with your own key. On your arrive Elizabeth will welcome you & familiarise you with the facilities and area. Guests can access tennis court if they bring their own racquets. Cooking is limited to microwave only in guests'own private sitting/TV room adjacent to their bedroom. Other things to note If you love nature, the scent of gum trees and soil, wandering in the garden and among fruit trees, feeding deer & alpacas(greens & fruits only) and chickens(food scraps) then this is the place for you in a safe and natural environment. The sound of the wind in the trees and the birds are a relaxing complement to the experience, then the location is perfect, a few minutes driving from everywhere, whether you like to visit nurseries, wineries, eateries, or beaches. There are also plenty of areas to walk without using the car and enjoy being in touch with nature. So much to do outdoors in this region including bike trails (byo bikes please). We are also horse friendly (as we have huge paddocks) and there is a riding trail near the property). Onsite tennis court. ( byo racquets, balls available if you do not have your own), basketball loop. Besides our own cricket field/oval, there is also a public sporting arena jogging track about 300m from us on foot.
